Pilgrimages of Hope
For Creation
Join in this year of pilgrimage: Be a Pilgrim of Hope
During this Jubilee year, Catholic communities across the United States are coming together to organize local Catholic pilgrimages—including Laudato Si’ pilgrimages, Jubilee pilgrimages, and Jubilee of Hope pilgrimages—as sacred opportunities to pray for the grace to encounter Christ in Creation and renew our relationships with God, the Earth, and one another.
We invite you to walk with us by hosting and/or joining a pilgrimage of hope for creation during the Season of Creation—September 1-October 4.
Monthly Training Calls
Join us for monthly Pilgrimage training workshops, connecting Catholics across the country as we plan for pilgrimages in our local communities.
Ever feel alone in your Care for Creation efforts? No more! Learn from and be inspired by national Catholic ecological leaders. You’ll receive the pilgrimage planning toolkit, campaign updates, launch call details, and customizable resources to assist you as you plan your pilgrimage.
The design of each local pilgrimage relies on the prayerful discernment of its local leaders.
As you discern the purpose and structure of your pilgrimage, consider this wonderful example from the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
